Second-Ranked Salisbury Too Much for Women’s Lacrosse

Salisbury, Md. – Marymount University's women's lacrosse team fell 19-0 to second-ranked defending national champions Salisbury on Wednesday afternoon.

Stephanie Flood and Chelsea Ritter collected three ground balls each for the Saints. Tancy Weatherford and Flood hauled in three draw controls each while Flood led the way with a pair of caused turnovers.

Marymount returns to action on Saturday against Hood. The game will serve as senior day and the final home contest for seniors Katie Dean, Susan Jung and Lori Renner.
