Group Fitness Information

Group Fitness offers an exciting way to get in shape, relax, and stay motivated while reaching your fitness goals. Enjoy a variety of workouts in one of our five studios. Programming available for all levels and FREE with a valid MU ID Card.

This Semester Marymount will be offering a series of outdoor group fitness classes. All Group Fitness classes will require pre-registration using

  • Participants must bring their own equipment for all group fitness classes and any class that is cancelled in-person will be offered via Zoom.

  • Participants must wear a mask during the activity and maintain social distancing practices.

  • Participants must follow rules. All will be asked to be prepared to show the “Safe” checkmark via the Daily Health Screening, check-in at the front desk of the building and use hand sanitizer upon entering and throughout their visit.  Everyone is expected to follow all Marymount University policies and the Campus-Wide Health & Safety Protocols.
