Group Fitness Information
Group Fitness offers an exciting way to get in shape, relax, and stay motivated while reaching your fitness goals. Enjoy a variety of workouts in one of our five studios. Programming available for all levels and FREE with a valid MU ID Card.
This Semester Marymount will be offering a series of outdoor group fitness classes. All Group Fitness classes will require pre-registration using Imleagues.com.
Participants must bring their own equipment for all group fitness classes and any class that is cancelled in-person will be offered via Zoom.
Participants must wear a mask during the activity and maintain social distancing practices.
Participants must follow rules. All will be asked to be prepared to show the “Safe” checkmark via the Daily Health Screening, check-in at the front desk of the building and use hand sanitizer upon entering and throughout their visit. Everyone is expected to follow all Marymount University policies and the Campus-Wide Health & Safety Protocols.
