Saints see first action of season in first day of Greene Turtle Invitational

WINCHESTER, Va. – The Marymount University men's golf team began competition in the Greene Turtle Invitational on Sunday, currently sitting in 11th with a 338 (+54) after round one.

Seniors John David Coffin and Justin Dobak led the Saints, as they each carded an 82 (+11) in the first round to tie for 47th.

Junior Ivan Pech finished with an 84 (+13) to tie for 53rd, finishing just behind his teammates.

The Saints scoring was rounded out by senior Thomas Farrell and freshman Cameren Dawkins. Farrell tied for 66th with a 90 (+19) on his card.

Dawkins finished round one with a 93 (+22) to place 73rd.

The Saints will continue the two-day tournament on Monday, September 9 at Winchester Country Club.
