Reni Moshos enters her second year as the Graduate Assistant Men's & Women's Swimming coach at Marymount University.
In her first season, Moshos helped the men's team finish second and the women's team finish third at the Atlantic East Conference Championships. Across both teams, she assisted in the Saints earning 20 All-Conference honors.
Moshos joins Marymount from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she specialized in the 200-yard individual medley, 200-yard backstroke, and 400-yard individual medley for the Tar Heels. In 2016, she was an Atlantic Coast Conference championship qualifier and an Olympic Trials qualifier.
With Nationals Capital Swim Club, she was a five-time Virginia State Champion and was elected a captain in 2015.
She brings coaching experience to the Saints as well, spending last season with Duke University as a volunteer. From January until March of this year, she worked with children from ages three to 12 at Goldfish Swim School. She instructed the swimmers on basic stroke development, including working in the water with three to six year olds.
Moshos served as an assistant coach with Bridelwood Waves from 2014-2016, working with children from ages six to 18.
