ARLINGTON, Va. – A strong non-conference slate in the fall and five Atlantic East matches to close the season in the spring highlight Marymount's 2022-23 tennis schedule announced by head coach Tim Bainton on Friday.
The Saints will begin the season on the road at Stevenson before a three-game homestand to close the month of September. After hosting Shenandoah on Thursday, Sept. 15, Marymount will host Catholic in a Pope's Cup contest on Saturday, Sept. 17. The homestand closes against Mary Baldwin on Sept. 24.
The fall slate will conclude with a road trip to face Ursinus on Oct. 8 and York on Oct. 9.
The spring slate opens with back-to-back home matches against Virginia Wesleyan and Albright on March 5 and March 12. Locations are still to be determined for matches against West Chester and UDC on Oct. 14 and Oct. 15.
During conference play, the men's program will host Immaculata (March 18), Gwynedd-Mercy (April 10) and Neumann (April 15), while the women's program will host Marywood (April 1) and Cabrini (April 5).
The Atlantic East Tournament will take place on April 20 and April 22.
