Saints finish out season at NCAA Mid-East Regionals

BETHLEHEM, Pa. – The Marymount University men's cross country team closed out its season on Saturday in the NCAA Division III Mid-East Regionals at Lehigh University, finishing 48th with 1446 points.

Marymount was paced by the sophomore tandem of Matthew Thies and Brendan O'Brien. They each set personal bests by finishing in 29:32.4 to place 246th and 247th, respectively.

Junior Paolo Rivas crossed the finish next for the Saints in 33:41.7, while senior Gustavo Barrera and freshman Vincent Cassano closed out the day with times of 36:19.4 and 37:19.4, respectively.
