Women’s Volleyball Moves to 4-0 in Conference Play with Sweep of Neumann

ASTON, Pa. – Marymount women's volleyball continued its hot start to conference play with a convincing 3-0 sweep of Neumann on Wednesday night.

HOW IT HAPPENED

  • Elissa Munsterman hit .414 with 12 kills and no errors on the night.
  • Natalie Garbalosa led the Saints with 16 digs.
  • Maya Harris had seven kills while hitting .313.
  • Sydney Sands led MU with 16 assists and three service aces.
  • As a team, Marymount had 14 kills and only one error while hitting .371 in the first set. In the clinching third set, the Saints hit .429 as a team.
  • Marymount has now won six matches in a row.

UP NEXT

  • Marymount will head to Virginia Beach, Va., this weekend for a tri-match against Christopher Newport and Virginia Wesleyan.
  • The Saints will face the Captains on Saturday at 1 PM before facing the host Marlins at 3 PM.
